This reply is really for those that call themselves Christian (meaning Christ-like) and believe that it’s okay to have tattoos and peircings. Read the bible, follow it’s guidance. God command us not to mark our bodies (Leviticus 19:18). You are a child of God what to you want with satan, the children of satan and especially the customs of satan. Remove yourself from the bondage you have created. Tattoos are spiritual portals for demons to enter your spirit, look it up, I’m not lying. I can understand the struggle for the secular world on why tattos are not good, but it should be simple for those that profess the name Jesus and say they are a follower of him. Live holy, you can’t follower someone holy and have the unholy works of satan in your life. It’s not too late, repent ( which means turn and forsake that thing you asked forgiveness of ) because Christ is quickly coming back as the days are getting darker and prophecy is being fulfilled. As for a portal where demons may come through, yes I’m quite sure ink it gateway to ‘hell’. So if I had a crucifix tattooed on me would that mean they could come through ? Or not because it’s a holy symbol so wouldn’t that defeat the object. But also take into account that nor ‘God’ or ‘Jesus’ wrote the bible so how do we know this is really want they want or whether it was a mans own view.

Getting a tattoo undoubtedly represent a need to attract attention towards some part of the
body and the body itself. Even the tattoos that are never meant to be shown in public also result from the same need.
And we essentially are NOT bodies, we are (human) souls/minds ‘driving’ a body (some would also say ‘trapped in a body’). Body is just a ‘vehicle’ (and Qi, or ‘life energy’ being its ‘fuel’), and the experiences and memories are the ‘baggage’ (a.k.a. person’s Akashic Record).
So glorifying the ‘vehicle’, is an act of vanity and worship of matter and physical (and goes directly against spiritual progress and everything spiritual) and most often generating someone’s envy (because there will always be someone with less ‘physically attractive’ body around). Person exposing his/her tattoo(s) is simply a very irresponsible (and stupid) person. Why should anyone assume that he/she has the rights to attack the mind of someone physically weaker or ‘unattractive’, or sick, or some senior citizens (often with some illness) with some image engraved on his/her body parts and vainly exposed.
We don’t live in a jungle and in some barbaric ages. We live in, supposedly, ‘civilized society’ in ‘civilized times’.
Attacking cruelly (publicly) other’s consciousness with unnecessarily exposed body-parts is in itself a violation of the rights of another human being, as well as and act of indecency. And on top of that, (unnecessarily) marked exposed body parts in order to catch the attention of and innocent victim (unfortunately having to share the same public space) is clearly ‘serving the devil’.
As simple as 2+2. Every insightful intelligent person comes to this same conclusion.
The system on this planet itself is evil, savage (capitalistic) system based on greed and vanity, lies, deception, hurting and humiliation of others. We have also many (deliberate) misconceptions in science regarding telepathy, brain (memories), genes and evolution itself, etc. The devil rules this planet, that’s well known, but this first-hand devil-worship like tattooing is, is not help in anyway. It doesn’t expose the devil, on contrary - it serves for exercising the personal vanity and hurting those who consider seeing exposed (especially unnaturally pumped up) bodies that pop-up unexpectedly in front of them, as sort of a nightmare.

Religon is there for fear of the unknown. Some people just can’t accept that there is nothing after death. Some people may say…”If there isn’t a God then whats the point of living?”…as if they are trying to stump me. THERE IS NO POINT TO ANYTHING…Then they will try to get real clever and say…”Then why are you alive? Why don’t you just kill yourself?”….Actually I don’t feel like dying at the moment becuase I live for the things I want..just like every one of you. Ok for anyone who believes that everything in the bible is true well….I’m glad I’m not them. I feel almost affended after I read that I mean body art is my life and I don’t know how adorning your own body is wrong. To me the bible just doesn’t make sense. At one time I tried to understand the bible but I don’t and I’m comfortable admitting that it doesn’t really bother me. In fact, I’m almost certain of it. I personally think that Jesus was just a crazy man. He claimed to be God’s son and people were stupid enough to believe him. And the same thing has happened many times throughout history. Royal families used to claim that they were chosen by God to lead but it was never true. People used to claim that they knew God’s will and were specially chosen by him to lead them to good, but all they really wanted was followers and money. The bible is nothing more then a book of fiction - a fantasy. It’s like me picking up “The Lord Of The Rings” and claiming it to hold the secrets of the universe. It’s just not true.
On another note, I personally finds piercings to be very attractive and sexy. In fact, my dream guy or girl (yes, I am bisexual) has many piercings and in the case of a man, he has his penis pierced. I love genital piercings and I can’t wait to be fucked by one.
For me, God is an empty void, a phantasmagoric illusion created by people who were desperate for a meaning to life. And they weren’t very creative either. A God without a name, whose ever heard of that? At least every other religious diety has a name and is not just addressed vaugely by a title.

And for those of you thinking that I’m going to Hell … well, if their is one, then, yes, I WILL be going their. I’m going to buy a brand new mercedes benze, white, and I’m going to spray paint my art on its pristine body. I don’t care if the engineers who designed it care, I don’t care what others think. It’s my car and I’ll tag it my way. Furthermore, I’m going to go ahead and put my own muruals that express how I feel and who I am by painting them on my house. Save the art of expression for the Canvas and paint all you want. God is love. Whether you have tattoos or not makes no difference. Now there may be certain things you can get tattoos of, but there is nothing sinful about tattoos in and of themselves.
I am a Christian. One of the main things one must keep in mind when interpreting Scripture is the context of the passage. At the time that law was written in Leviticus, tattoos were pagan symbols. They no longer mean that.
To those who stand upon Leviticus 19:18 as their basis for tattoos being evil, I would ask the to look at the very next verse. Within that verse, it says “Do not wear clothing woven of two kinds of material.” Now I’m pretty sure that all of our underwear is woven of more than one kind of fabric (cotton/silk and elastic). Now I don’t know anyone who would make the case that wearing underwear is unbiblical.
So to all of you out there who are not Christians, please don’t get the wrong impression of us. Please don’t judge us based upon the harsh thoughts of a vocal and misinformed minority.

I really think that saying you can’t have tattoos is just another way for religion to control peoples lives. I am 16, I am a satanist, and last year on my birthday, I got 3 tattoos. I didn’t care that I was under aged, my uncle was the tatoo artist, I got LUCIFER tattooed across my shoulder blades and back, on the inside of my forearm I had a baphomet put in, and I had a detailed one of a house on fire to represent the hells fire club. I am damn proud of it too. Don’t listen to the bible, listen to yourself and do what you want, not some 2000 year old fairy tale.

God, or Jesus did not say anything along the lines of “Anyone with piercings or tattoos will go to hell’ but he stated that no-one has the right to abuse their self, destroy, or deface their body. This would obviously include things like tattoos and piercings, but would also include smoking and anything else that harms or defaces ones self. We are all created as an image of the Lord.
Those of you who dismiss tattoos and piercings as nothing evil are kidding themselves.
Having a tattoo or piercing dont mean you are going to hell.. The Lord Jesus forgives. No - one should judge any person except the Lord himself. Follow the path of the Lord and repent.
Remember, the greatest trick the devil ever pulled off was to convince people he didnt exist.

I have a question for my fellow Christians because I have my ears pierced, and I am very sure that many other Christian women have them too. Doesn’t that make us a sinners, and if put the way that the person who started this conversation has, we are Satanist too? I am very much for spreading the word of God, but to just say something like that and be excluding yourself in the process is rediculous. Plus in the bible it says that all have sinned and fallen short of His glory. I also remember that in the new testament that he raised the bar for sin, and said that if you even think about doing something that is against the word of God then you have sinned already. So don’t sit up here and make yourself seem all high and mighty when you are in the same boat as everyone else. You just made a dicision to follow someone who you believe to be the Almighty. Do you believe that you are going to hell for your ear piercings, No? How about your thoughts, No? Then let everyone make their own decisions, enlighten them on the word, but leave the choice to them. God gave you one. By the way, reaserch the priest in the old testament, because I was told that they had their ears pierced several times, and the were the ones offering sacrifices to God and praying on the behalf of the believers before Christ came. Where do you think they ended up?

of course in the old testament it does say its bad to get piercings for males but not for females, making it a sin. one that you can easily avoid. the lord only forgives if you are truly sorry for what you have done. everyone has a decision, jesus said it is more likely possible as a camel to go through the needle of an eye than a rich man to go to heaven to a a man who listened to jesus’s teachings all his life but didn’t want to give up all his money to charity and come with jesus. that includes me and everyone else. you and me all have money, it is the cause of greed, a deadly sin. the only way to truly enter the kingdom of heaven is giving your life to the praise of the Lord, which many people claim to do but how many give up all their money and items and sit in the street and pray? not many.

And if you read even most of Leviticus your not to cut your beard, not to wear two types of material together, you can’t eat from whatever you planted for 4 years cause its unholy. And the piercing and tattoo verse. Your not to cut and mark your skin FOR THE DEAD. And I doubt anyone one of you said while getting pierced or tattooed “HAIL SATAN” or “THIS IS FOR THE DEAD” No.
And note the Old testament is full of punishments and such impossible rules. No salvation.
I think in the new testament just made the new law and took what he thought was right i guess. AND in Revelations God, or Jesus [can’t remember off-hand] it says that He has a MARK ON HIS THIGH that says “King of kings and lord of lords” The original text doesn’t say tattoos, they say marks.
I know they bible says only God can judge so why should you judge people who have bod mods? I don’t think God is heartless that he will look and judge. He will look in your heart. Christians are the ones who judge by appearance. If you don’t look “perfect” you going to hell. And maybe thats why I can’t stand most of them. Anything thats is different and not like them, all they do is spat out “demonic” and “your going to hell” and slam the door in your face. Some so called Christians for ya.
The bible also says that once you don’t influence people with what you do to do evil, then you can do with and call on God. [not in that form]
Piercing and Tattoos are a form of art that I adore. I have 7 piercings and counting, And i want some tattoos and I grew up to know God and Jesus and I can’t help that I believe in them. The person who posted this is an ass. And YOUR the one that will go to hell :]

I just happen to agree with this post. Tattoo has been a the work of the devils to BRAND humans like the cows being branded. On the health aspect, it is STUPID to get tattooed because the materials used (and the process of) in tattooing promote cancer.
Overall, I look at a person has been tattooed as one with mal-functioning brain. And therefore is NOT worthy of getting employed by me.
